From then to now

In our writing class, we will be expressing ourselves in writing.  Writing is very different today than in times past - mostly because our language is so different from times past.  One of my all time favorite activities is to take a simple nursery rhyme and poem and convert it to old language.  They can be absolutely hilarious!  Here's an example:

Original:
Mary had a little lamb, little lamb, little lamb
Mary had a little lamb, its fleece was white as snow.

My old time version:
Lady Mary possesseth a youthful lamb, a youthful lamb, a youthful lamb
Lady Mary possesseth a youthful lamb, whose fleece appeared as bright as snow.

Corny.  I know.  Fun?  totally.  Well, fun for teaching nerds like me. :)

Here's a funny example from YouTube:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OxoUUbMii7Q

Your task:  take any simple song, nursery rhyme, or poem, and make it Shakespearean!
